Yes. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder and then contact our Program Co-Ordinator for the confirmation of your payment.

Access to all live event sessions and conference materials. Any live sessions that are recorded will also be made available to all registrants following the conclusion of the event.

You may register at any time, but the prices may different between the early bird, standard and on spot. Please contact the respective Program Co-Ordinator regarding the registration dates.

Yes, you can register for a single day event. Kindly contact the respective Program Co-Ordinator.

Yes, we do offer Breakfast, lunch, including coffee breaks each day until the conference end date. Please check the agenda for times and availability.

Membership is not required to register for any of our events. However, for most of the events, there is a special discount rate for Conference Board Members.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. But we are here to help to book your accommodation during the conference. Please contact the Program Co-Ordinator for the respective conference.

The dress code at our events is business casual for all participants.  Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort.

If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please do let us know while registering for the conference.

This depends on the event format. Some events will include breakout sessions to allow for discussions between participants, as well as a networking reception at select events. Please contact the Program Co-Ordinator for further information.
